I agree with you totally Mike. An adult should be able to make or lose money in the stock market, and not try and blame their losses on the on-line brokerage. It is purely ridiculous, and I can't see how a lawyer believes he has a legal case. (????) The only possibility is that his margin account shouldn't have been issued to him, and somehow he will blame it on the brokerage. The 90's are the age of lawsuits my friend. Any crackpot can launch one.

Actually, a report like this gives the brokerages more time to drag their feet in changing their systems. I guess we shouldn't expect a change anytime soon.
