Ed thanks for the news, I was a little concerned until I spoke with IR.

I asked what this was all about and to the best of my recollection this is what they said.

"To this date their has been no report from Donner/Tech with respect to Project 79 in SVB. Latitude requires this information in a timely matter in order to properly evaluate the project and report the same to their shareholders."

We all know that LTU just announced a PP so the company has sufficeint funds. My feeling from IR is that the Co. would rather put their money into proven exploration projects that carry reserves, instead of grass roots JV's.

On another note IR made refrence to the Wemmerus Mining Letter, which I have asked to be forwarded and will post later this evening.
