David, Thank you I may call Oxford.. I assume that is Bany Transfer Agent... Do you have their number... Brad, Marc and Mike, Thank you each for your post and input... I think Brad hit the nail right on the head, these jerks figured my shares were certs bought prior to the 1 to 40 reverse in 1996.. However, I can prove to them I bought the shares on 11/97, post split... Especially since I bought them through ETRADE... I guess thats what a person get when they use these cheap crummy on line brokers... I will never ever order CERTS again no matter what.. That is the moral of the story to me.
