Ron--- the last paragraph is the best,,, requesting the govt guarantee certain systems will run. Their govt is not even ready unless they performed recent miracles.

The distribution process would be of paramount importance compared to generation UNLESS they are looking at NUKE plants <ggg> as that could change perspectives in a rush ...

Dear Ron: I agree with you, doesnt do much good to GENERATE power if you cant DISTRIBUTE it. Plus, I dont know if they have such a wide PowerGrid as we have here in USA. JDN
