Regarding lack of PR from CMND, I just don't feel this announcement is PR. I think of it as news, albeit good information. Maybe the freeze is now over and we can get more positive data than the SEC filings have been providing.

The market seems to favor the proposed settlement. The release said that there was no guarantee that the case will settle out of court. Ram
