The difference is PTVL has some of the best investors betting on the company. AOL, GE and William Hearst the 3rd all have substantial interests in the company; AOL has 10% common of the stock, GE has 5% preferred and 5 % common and William Hearts the 3rd has 10% common.

If these big boys invest in PTVL, they must believe PTVL has a bright future. GE does not invest in companies they don't believe in.
