You must have a vip line or a very responsive broker....you wade through endless voice menus and then get to listen to soothing
elevator music while listening to apologies about the extreme delay the trade is long gone by the time someone finally answers the phone.

My computer and access is kind of slow on the internet, that's why I want a cable modem. I believe that the "weak link" in the process is the server speed at the brokerage house, though. In busy times, it takes me sometimes up to 5 minutes to start entering my order. When I call, I don't listen to the messages, and immediately press the options that I want. With Greenline, they advertise certain issues that really pisses me off, but when a representative is ready sometimes it will stop the message. Normally, I can probably get through on the phone within 1-2 minutes tops. Does that sound right?

I also wait on the phone to get my order confirmed. A lot of times, I will enter my STOP LOSS on the internet if I can, so I pay more one way but not always on the sell.

Regards, Wisam
