These are convertible notes convertible at ($.55) U.S and the warrants attached can only be exercised if the notes are voluntarily converted prior to July 17 1999. If the company forces conversion the warrants are not exercisable. There are certain premiums available for conversion in the first year. You should read the release again.

If you don't own this stock then why do you care what these results show or how much tonnage there is? It is mystifying that you have such strong opinions but have no interest. I have had this discussion before with people and We will see who the uninformed is in a few months. I think you mentioned something about this being a $.15 cent stock in a previous post, I will say you are looking at $2 -$3 minimum within six months.

I have no idea what this statement means:
