I was reading some of Kurlak's research and he was making the case that MU already is priced fully for the accruing benefits of the entire 64MB cycle. He also pointed out that the cycles are getting very short in duration - check out the MU multiyear graph for confirmation. So I look at the estimates, and take the high end say $2 in 2000 and we are trading at more than 25x what will be peak earnings two years hence. How does that make any sense? Any comments appreciated.
