Dennis,

EMC is fab no doubt, but extended. The sector and RS are bullish but you would want to buy on pullbacks. Short term indicators turning negative so don't chase stocks. Nice pullback here would be 80 with the first sign of trouble (should it come) 74. Sets a better risk reward at 80.

Take care,

Jan I am

Dennis~Why EMC when you can buy little CMNT under $10? Dataquest is projecting a $1 billion SAN (storage area network) industry by year 2000. CMNT is just one company working closely with EMC's storage servers, integrating it's product "Ultranet Director" for secure long distance transmission of data between network storage centers. The Hot topic is integrating a data backup that doesn't require server computers.
Definitely a hot area Dennis, check out the recent volume in CMNT stock, the January effect, right?~Russ
