Say, "they trimmed the fat,"

Trimmed the fat? Trimming the fat would be getting rid of some of the redundant salaries. Trimming the fat is not driving good people out the door, lose the customers, and 8 months and are all but shutdown.

Why do you think Softbank Holding sold it, particularly with the SIM drain

Because it was a money losing operation. And that's why they sold it for stock - they were selling potential - potential which they would cash in on if ZULU could have made a go of it.

Ask the ex-SIMers how much debt they passed on.

Party, if SIM carried debts when ZULU bought it, they bought the debt - you can't blame the ex-SIMers for it. Are you sure there were debts that came in the deal? Where can that information be found? We know it was a money losing operation, but it was Softbank who was footing the bill at the time.

Some got paid and some has been deferred.

If you want to defer debt, you arrange financing to defer it with. Or you arrange with your debtor for new terms. You don't walk away from deals and fail to pay. You don't walk away from suppliers and fail to pay.

The company expects to produce revenues sufficient enough to begin paying Softbank Holding Company in 1999, 2000 and 2001.

We haven't heard any other expectations that haven't materialized, have we?

but where did the revenue come from that SIM allegedly blew ? what about the P&G deal you were touting 2-3 months ago ? let me ask this: does ZULU do ANYTHING today to make me want to reinvest ?? I mean anything substantial ? Don't say they terminated all business deals and are 'regrouping to make a big comeback as a lean, mean, fighting machine', cuz i don't buy it.
