News of shipping product -- Any comment as to the degree of significance of this?
-------------------------------------------------------------

NOVATO, Calif., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- (OTC-Bulletin Board: HDTV)
SpatiaLight, Inc. announced today that it has started to ship the
SpatiaLight ImagEngine 1024-A/P Developer Kit. The Developer Kit is
intended for OEM companies interested in evaluating and/or prototyping
the SpatiaLight 1024 x 768 micro-display. The SpatiaLight 1024-A/P
micro-display is designed for use in video projectors, rear projection
monitors, televisions, and head mounted displays.

SpatiaLight is currently in discussions with OEM manufacturers
interested in utilizing SpatiaLight's micro-display technology in their
projection products. SpatiaLight believes that when used in projection
monitors or televisions, the SpatiaLight ImagEngine micro-display
offers advantages over existing CRT technology in cost, resolution,
color, brightness, contrast and image flicker. SpatiaLight also
believes that the SpatiaLight ImagEngine micro-display offers
advantages over other "flat panel" displays in cost, viewing angle, and
brightness.

The SpatiaLight ImagEngine Liquid Crystal on Silicon Display (LCOS) is
a 1" diagonal display with an active matrix of 20-micron square pixels.
The reflectivity in its active area is 85 percent and it has a contrast
ratio of greater than 100:1 when measured in the projected mode. The
response speed from full black to white is less than 2 milliseconds,
and from full white to black is less than 5 milliseconds. The drive
electronics for the SpatiaLight 1024 is contained on a printed circuit
board measuring approximately 3" x 5".

The SpatiaLight ImagEngine 1024-A/P Developer Kit contains a 1024 x 768
Display Device, driver board and power supply. The Developer Kit
requires only AC power and a XGA video signal at a refresh rate of 60
or 70 HZ to use. SpatiaLight is developing high resolution, miniature
reflective liquid crystal displays intended for use in large screen
rear projection computer monitors and home theater projection systems
as well as other display applications.

There can be no assurances as to the revenue to be derived from this
product. SpatiaLight is quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the
market symbol HDTV.
