I hope I haven't killed this thread. Having pposted those hints from that film got me thinking about it, what a great film it is for quotable lines, but rack my brain as much as I could, I could only think of those 4 I posted earlier, so I rented it and watched it again tonight for the first time in about a decade. Two hints: It takes place in London and it's at least 25 years old. More quotes, same film: "Business is business and progress is progress." "I don't want any invalid, washed-up artistes in my basement." "Too much vitamin B-12 never hurt anyone." "Comical little geezer, you'll look funny when you're fifty." "America's a blinding place for nightlife." "You'll still be in the circus when and I'm laughing in my grave." "The only performance that makes it all the way is the one that achieves madness." (That one ought to do it.) The original quotes were: "He thinks he's the Lone Ranger." "Goodbye the Ferrari." "Gone to Persia." "I am a bullet."
