What's the deal with Intel? They got this new deal with the government where they are licensing their technology for free? That doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I can see giving it to them cheap, but not free. Maybe I read the report wrong....

It's the "don't treat us like Microsoft" payoff the government has extorted from them.
