The market doesn't have your faith yet. The faith in what the company has been saying will come when they secure production agreements. Let's look at what the doubters must think: "Why should I trust management at this point? How do I know that the agreements they expect will come about?"

Management has loaned over $1.2 million of their own money into the company and they say that there is no need to raise additional sources of revenue through sale of stock. Mutual and venture funds have invested significantly in the company. Hmmm . . . that sounds like the opposit of what you'd expect if management were not thoroughly convinced that this project has significant potential. Why use your own money when you can trade off ownership for public money? Why not throw more energy into getting write-ups in trade journals? And why not hire a stock promotion agency to "pump up" the stock? The company has told us that they are up to a lot of developments. Why haven't we seen press release after press release touting every discussion and potential like you see from the vaulted Internet and other companies? That might pump up the stock price which would be the supposed objective if this company WAS NOT CONVINCED that their time was better spent pursuing the product opportunities rather than pumping the stock price. Pierre said that they were not concerned with what goes on with the stock price because they have sufficient operating revenue and additional sources of revenue that they can tap over the next couple of years if needed. He feels that once the agreements start being signed that the stock will "take care of itself". He also said that writing articles is not their priority but that in addition to articles in such boring magazines as "Security Management" or "Electronics Design" that he expects they will eventually be written up in such popular rags as PC Magazine. This is a keeper for the insiders and venture funds.
