Mark, GRNO and the SEC settled but Bill continues to fight on. The permanent injunction looks like this.

It looks like boiler plate to me that should have been in their word processors the whole time. What should have taken the legal system 17 minutes took 17 months.

I have no comment about the mental processes of the NASD, MMs, and the SEC. If they have no clear idea what they are doing, far be it from me to guess.

Mark, Bill told me a long time ago that, in order to certify due diligence, MM's will have to have up-to-date financial statements, which GRNO cannot afford to have done at the moment. He indicated that these are the only things holding up MM certification.

Maybe in a couple of months, if a few things go right for a change.
