PALM BEACH, Fla., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Inteletek, Inc., a subsidiary of Applied Cellular Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACTC - news), announced today that it has signed an agreement with ONSALE, Inc. (Nasdaq: ONSL - news), the Internet's leading auction retailer, to market their recently announced Computer Superstore -- (www.intelesale.com) The twelve month agreement, effective January 1, 1999, includes a commitment from ONSALE, Inc. to provide six million Banner Impressions, seven million E-Mail Impressions and 428,000 Button Sponsorships.

Marc Sherman, President of Inteletek, stated, ''This agreement will give us immediate exposure to the Internet beginning in January. With this new sales and marketing opportunity, we are projecting Internet sales of $100,000 per day by the end of first quarter 1999. This equates to a growth rate of 500% from our current Internet sales rate of $20,000 per day through the Internet and our website at www.datapath.com. We feel this relationship will add tremendous value to our shareholders.''
