I called for Michael K this morning but was connected to Michael L. All the better. Once again I'm told that the 97 audit is all but completed. Awaiting the attorneys to finalize the family share debate. He had hoped they this would have been done weeks ago. But... Is hopeful that this will be completed by the end of the year. Then 98 should not be that big of a problem. Nothing is being done regarding a RS. If they had cash they would buy back. But we all know the story there. I believe we might see a rs when they become profitable. GKW that will be. The alarm company Will be a profitable venture on the next reporting. Lowglow I believe is profitable but does not throw off that much EBIT. Thats all folks. Good Luck CD
