Internet Media Changes Stock Symbol to USRF ('You Surf')
BATON ROUGE, La., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Media Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: USRF - news)
announced that its OTC Bulletin Board ticker symbol has been changed to USRF (pronounced you surf), effective
July 30, 1998. The old symbol was MEME.

''Our new symbol and new corporate name (effective July 8) better reflects the fact that we are an Internet
company,'' said David Loflin, president of USRF. ''The new identity is also consistent with the company's focus,
which is to implement our high-speed wireless Internet and intranet technology for residential and business
customers nationwide, and to become a major Internet Service Provider (ISP).

USRF's technology is completely non-reliant on a hard-wire telephone line or cellular telephone system. It enables
constant and mobile access to the Internet from any PC or laptop within the company's transmission area, at speeds
