Kenneth: In the article it said, "one RBOC conceded that it doesn't even offer DSL services to business users because, in doing so, it wouldn't be able to market its more-expensive T1 services".

I was reading about NorthPoint of SanFran, a CLEC offering full-duplex T1 service using DSL for about $250 a month. There selling services to ISPs, NSPs, and other CLECs which in turn will resell to business customers.

Ah, too bad...the ILECs will just have to get over it... <gg> Give me QOS, Bandwidth SLAs and we could turn the Internet into a Transport System.

Get rid of the ISPs, RBOCs, IXCs, and give me MSPs (multi-service providers).
