E.B,

Thank you very much.
after selling KEYCLUB.NET(we got 1 year restricted share MRBO),KCAP
left with a software business at $8.4million annual revenue.

I just checked MARKET GUIDE, the software industry
PRICE/SALES ratio=15.53, the sector PRICE/SALES ratio=7.84

Let's take 7.84

KCAP has had total diluted shares 20million

now applying PRICE/SALES ratio=7.84

KCAP=($8.4MILLION/20MILLION shares)x7.84=$3.2per share

so KCAP fair market value= $3.20

*congratulation to SHORTS
You not only have to buy back 1 share KCAP but also you have to buy
back 1 share MRBO for every KCAP share you shorted BEFORE YESTERDAY!

Best Regards,
Wisdom
