John, thanks for passing on the information.

I just called and got an answering machine. Will let you know what they have to say when I get a call back.

I just spoke with Carol Wager at Echo Ventures 517-797-5502, she is suppose to be speaking with Cynthia May sometime today (she is in Switzerland and won't be back in the office until next week) and call me back this afternoon with information about the stock. According to Ms. Wager, all Echo Ventures did was buy the Banckrupt Headstrong Group. They didn't assume any debt nor any liability. She was surprised when I told her that someone bought 60,000 shares yesterday. I also asked her if I should hold on to the shares I have or should I amend my tax return to take the loss, she said she was under the assumption that the shares were worthless. She will ask Ms. May and let me know.

I got a call back from Carol Wager at Echo Venture. According to Cynthia May, they will be closing the books on Headstrong Group in 10 days and the stock will not be trading anymore. She said that if anyone could sell their shares they should do so. I told her that it really was academic at this point because their are worthless no matter what. She agreed.

I guess this puts an end to HDST. It's really ashame because, as she and I discussed, they had a good product just a lousy CEO who didn't give a hill of beans about the company.
