Chuck, after questions you should use question marks (?). After exclamative points either a period or exclamation mark will do. If your want to stress your point, or the point carries great weight, then an exclamation point is acceptable punctuation. I am not familiar with the quintuple exclamation mark as you have used it. And I hate to nitpick, but I would avoid starting sentences with the word or...

I give you a C- for this post, but thanks for the good try, I know the effort's there, and there's no problem with your penmanship.
