I agree with everything you have said. Two of my stocks, DSLGF and PSW on TSE are being taken over by ADSK and PRIA, respectively. I expect to see CMIV at around 10 US in about 2-3 qtrs or a take over by Ingenico before we get there. Based on the numbers, if they deliver next couple of qtrs, multiples will start to look even better. In the mean time, we will have to ignore the ups and downs. By the way, remember our discussion and your spread sheet model of TKX. It was around 5.5 when we looked at it in June. Now around 16. Too bad we did not act on the analysis because your conservative estimate was for it to reach 11 or so, if I remember.
