Your comment implies: 1) Canion's a crook; and 2) TRCD CEO John Mitcham is naive. I confess to not knowing much about Canion or his involvement with GKI. But I do know a lot about Mitcham. He's one of the sharpest businessmen in high tech today. I am certain that Mitcham apprised himself fully of the GKI deal before inviting Canion to the party. As evidence, look at how the stock reimburement is structured -- 1 year restriction followed by max sales of 1% per quarter.

Dreamer, you certainly are in dream land. The private placement and additions to the management team are excellent news for TRCD. John Mitcham is still in charge, and he certainly is not going to give up control of this company. Mitcham is a strong, astute business man, with a record of success. This is what TRCD needed as the motivating force to get their product on the market. If successful, TRCD should grow significantly.
