good thoughts on the "quiet period". I would like to see contract announcements as much as any long-term shareholder, but I am willing to give DGIV the time needed to dot all the i's and cross all the t's before publicly announcing them. Negotiations with foreign entities are complicated matters, and all details have to be covered ! For example, after verbal negotiations are done and both sides agree on the terms in principle, written contracts will need to be drafted in English as well as the specific foreign language. Think of the time needed to write in precise , "lawyerly" language the different versions of the same contract, making sure that all the nuances of the contract are not lost in translation. The different drafts would have to be sent back and forth among various lawyers' offices,etc....All of these steps take time.

I am willing to wait, since the payoff will be BIG :)
