MDIH is about to leave the penny ranks, so I'll post this here (timely information, with Conference call coming up Friday afternoon). MDI Entertainment (lottery/instant games). OTC-BB, now $0.63x$0.78 (up from $0.54-$0.62 this AM). Fully reporting, very profitable (made $0.06 first qtr, expect to at least match that in subsequent quarters based on contracts in hand). Just signed some additional contracts which should further boost revenues and earnings. Recently hired The Pinnacle Group to handle PR (respected, have done wonders for some other stocks moving from BB to Nasdaq). Arthur Andersen & Co are their auditors. Terrific growth story filling a niche market in the lottery/instant scratch game industry. Several strategic partnerships with Pepsi, Harley Davidson among others. First broker/analyst conference call with Steven Saferin (CEO/President) scheduled for Friday, Dec 11 at 1 PM EST. He will be discussing current and future operations, followed by Q&A. Conference Call number is (888) 391-0071. Definitely worth attending the CC to find out more about the company. This will move rapidly out of the BB ranks once awareness gets out on the company. A measily PE of 10 puts this at $2.40, PE of 20 puts it at $4.80. 1st qtr numbers came out Oct. 1, so 2nd qtr will probably be out around 1st week of January (Jan 4?). May get an indication of 2nd qtr numbers and projections for year. Here's the latest press releases: New PR Group: biz.yahoo.com New Contracts: biz.yahoo.com biz.yahoo.com New Financing Agreement: biz.yahoo.com First qtr earnings and reporting status: biz.yahoo.com Note in the 1st qtr earnings announcement, Steven Saferin comments:"It is important that our shareholders know that we view this quarter as just the first stage in the implementation of the company's growth strategy and not an isolated one-time event. The company has already entered into contracts with various state lotteries that are expected to generate additional revenues throughout the balance of our current fiscal year."
