Lou, I just spoke with Rich Freeman at WaveTech. He gave me a rundown on today's S-3 Registration. What he told me makes very good sense but I would like to call him back with you or Bruce on the line to be sure I am interpreting the numbers & reasons correctly. He will be there until 5:00 p.m. M.S.T.. He just went into a meeting so I had hoped that either one of you would be available around market close to do a 3-way phone call with he and myself. BTW, he is fired up about the eventual merger and the future of DCI. He asked if I had talked to Mr. Murphy lately. I told him I hadn't. He said that I would find him in a very good mood. <g> ON ANOTHER NOTE!!!---Those that use Ameritrade as your broker. I received my certs today in the mail by registered letter. Everyone, You will be glad to know that we are now officially with American Stock Transfer. I just spoke with Dexter Bunte at their firm. We officially started with them on December 7th. Their database is not complete as they transfer all proper documentation. They did have record of my account however. Well Lou, You have asked a very interesting question. I would agree that before Discount Communications and the fantastic IXC deal happened, plus additional ramp-up, I would have said that the eps for the current quarter would have been in the black without a doubt. Now I am not sure but it will be close. With EDGE expanding faster than I can count with all my fingers and all my toes, anything is possible. I really do not care at this point as this is all chicken feed compared to what is coming in the future. If we run black a penny or two great, red while a bit disappointing, will be just fine also because of what the future holds. Using money here, at this time while it's precious, to explode revenues again in the future well past the $100 million level, is more than satisfying to me. I am very happy with our progress and with what the future holds. LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce
