It's been quite, but what in the world is the deal with DTPI??? Two big days in a row, up 17% yesterday on nearly 4X volume.... Who knows what, and why aren't they talking???

I tried to cover my short before the close, but no sellers came forward. Interestingly enough, the closing bid was 100@26-3/16 even though my order was bid 26-1/4. I think the SOES system bumped me even though my bid was higher.

Does anyone know of SOES applies to NYSE stocks?
