The News release was disseminated via email in the evening, well after market close. The same News release was also released well BEFORE market open via the official channels. I see Canada Stockwatch published the News at 02:13 a.m. PST, Dec.8/98, over 4 hours prior to market open. The company E-mail dissemination was received at 8:16 p.m. MST, Dec.7/98 (well beyond market close time of 2:30 p.m. MST). This is a normal practice and awards NO one any market advantage whatsoever. Marum would not breach any dissemination laws. This method of News dissemination is quite common, as I'm almost sure you're aware. All the above facts are obvious and readily available to any individual who wishes to get to them. -j

I got it on Monday nite Dec 7 at 8:17 pm. So I don't think that they are being selective (I am sure I am not on Boulays love list!!) MMU is not the first to issue a NR the day before - after the market close. JP

Joe my previous post to you asked you to go back to bed. Are you bent a determined to tear down credible corporation and individuals while hiding behind your vail of anonymity where there can be no repercussion for slander? If you have the guts to accuse companies of breaching rules and laws, please have the guts to state your real name clearly so that we can see you are sincere in your beliefs and are willing to be known for them. Anyone can slam someone if they never can be called into question for their libelous remarks. Take the high road for a change. You might like the view. Ray
