One thing that I've heard no one consider is that the accumulation going on could very well be the company or insiders buying on news pending pubic release. The longer they hold onto meaty news, the more shares that can be had at these rediculously low prices. This is just one possibility. Think about it.

Stop being so even-handed-keeled. We need to get this DGIV raw kit turned and churned around! If you can't say anything hype, don't say anything at all!! P.P.S.: After hearing something in the win this morning, it darned on me that seeing a dealcline in the price of a shore of DGIV suddenly didn't bother me no mire, at least for the morement. Amazing how "think-king" one nose something is growing and/or asprout to arrive colors their view of the future and allows piece of mind in the (xmas) present. Do I gnaw anything? Of coarse not! (I expect chew new that.)
