Auric,

Suggest a look at SNRS long. S & P "Stock of the Week"
and looks like institutional buying coming in.

AG, AVNT seems to unfold...

biz.yahoo.com

The follow-up correction is interesting:

n Dec 8 San Jose, California, item headlined ''Avant Aquarius software hit by sale injunction,'' please read in the last paragraph ...
''Parker said Avant was fighting the criminal action because the company believes that it violated no laws,'' ...

instead of ... ''Parker said Avant was fighting the criminal action on grounds that the complaint did not rise to the level of a criminal case.''

It did. A motion to conduct the criminal case was granted. AVNT just remains to say "believe" .

C.

Auric, was the spike in TCTV simply short covering? I am tempted to pull the trigger based solely on the ceo's incoherent ramblings on the yahoo board. Any opinion? Thanks.
