''Parker said Avant was fighting the criminal action because the company believes that it violated no laws,'' ... instead of ... ''Parker said Avant was fighting the criminal action on grounds that the complaint did not rise to the level of a criminal case.'' It did. A motion to conduct the criminal case was granted. AVNT just remains to say "believe" . C.
