Spidey, Spidey: that press release is irrelevant. The TROs were superseded by the injunction signed by the judge on 2 October. How many times do we have to explain this to you?

But a more interesting question is: who's been pushing the stock yesterday and today, and why?

Someone asked this recently, but no one answered: what MM does Bob Quiel's son work for? Anyone know?
