erg- That article said that if the votes were going to be there, he would have to announce his resignation before the vote to cover his a** on a pardon. Once impeached, he cannot be pardoned. They suggested that he would make it effective Jan.20, so Al Bore could serve 2 full terms (get real).

I stand by my prediction that Willie will resign, and a bear market will ensue, as seen on the BK thread a few months ago.
