OT CTC, Maybe the fact that the Boland Amendment did NOT cover the NSA which was the agency involved so that the deeds done did not strictly violate any law. Maybe the fact that Hyde did NOT defend anyone lying to Congress under oath. Maybe the fact that Hyde quit defending Nixon when shown the evidence, something Clinton's defenders have yet to do. You can argue that perjury in this case is not impeachable, to argue that perjury did NOT occur is simply being willfully blind. As to Joe's earlier claim that the Republicans are ignoring the electorate... When asked if Clinton should resign if he committed perjury, a majority still answers YES!!!
