Any other opinions on this??

James:

Totally agree. As you stated, the "hard work" has largely been done. These folks have busted their butts just to get on the playing field. Well, now they're on the field, and the reward per man hour could drastically increase from this point. Whatever they want to do is fine, but I support your suggestion. I don't mind staying the course for awhile.

James,

$10 per share is based on $100million annual revenue target;
if now we are talking $1 BILLION in 2 years,
$10 target is of course outdated!

Wisdom

Hello James,

You know my thots are >10 on corporate valuation given some time and obstacle clearance. I also know the mgmt of this company has worked like dogs to make all this happen and I'd like to see them share in some short term financial relief<G>.

Think about the po here......fiber optic network on a global scale... our own switches which give us a huge leg up on all prepaid competition....agreements in place that allow collocation in Europe as well as a prepaid phone card contract that will provide traffic and revenue until the LD portion gets totally ramped up......all this for 3 3/8(G)...

Lou

James,
I'll put it to ya this way... If I worked for DCI and knew what was happening, I don't think that I would be very likely to sell at these levels. I would be looking for much higher levels to move stock. Now saying all that, if an employee, for personnel reasons, needed to sell stock and did so, that is their right and would not bother me in the least. To many people see filings that they do not understand and right away assume the worst. It happens all the time.

James

If we were patient even for another 12 months could we realistically be looking at a figure in the $30-35 range with a run rate of $450 million ++++? Especially with the increased margins that Joe Murphy has brought us with the IXC deal, and who knows what other major developments could pan out in that time frame. The contracts are in place, the infrastructure is in place, and yes all the hard work has been done. Anyone buying DCI further down the line is basically buying a cash cow IMO.

Indeed, if the personnel at DCI wanted to take some kind of dividend in the meantime I would say hell yes, why not? What a way to celebrate the millenium if Joe Murphy kept steering the course he has done for a while longer.

Best regards
