GERALD WALLS-- Same question for you; Why continue a dialogue here? You state you have no position, and probably never will. Most people would not waste any more time debating, but spend it productively researching other potential investments. If this is an integral part of your investment educational process, then i apologize if you perceive my question in any offensive light, as it is not intended that way. I was interested in seeing the "Fraud-U-Net" reaction. I'm trying to learn how to profit both long and short since I've only shorted three stocks in my life and one of those was "against the box." Of the two straight shorts I'm 1&1. Same reason I'm watching HEB, to learn. So far on the IPMCF scam that I was suckered into, on HEB which Asensio.Com says is a scam, and on this thread I've seen: 1) Any negative comments are treated as proof of a conspiracy or a short position. 2) The Evil Shorts can be squeezed if you take your stock out of street name. 3) Any poster who says they have no position are ridiculed as wasting their time and also not worth listening to because they have no position (ever heard of "unbiased"?). 4) The shorts are panicking and that's why there are rumors and the stock's going down. (not here yet) 5) Thank you Evil Shorters for this wonderful opportunity to pick up more shares cheap as this baby's on its way to the moon! (not here yet) Oh, BTW, it is SHOUTING to post in ALL CAPS. This is a convention that pre-exists the web and was invented for Usenet. It's probably as old as the emoticon. :-)

If you feel that strongly why don't you short it, and i will make an exception to what i am doing, and let your brokerage borrow mine. I'd take possession and hand deliver them if you would like. If it ramps again on some hyped-up website announcement, I might take you up on your offer...actually, I have no real interest in WAVO at all, one way or another...the only reason I'm here is that I had seen the infamous Cramer interview of the WAVO CEO, and had later seen where WAVO was calling for an SEC investigation, so I wanted to stop by here to check out some of the reaction...anyway, I'm outta here...best of luck with your WAVO long position(a cynic might say that you'll need it), and I hope that you make a bundle of $$ on it!
