Jim,

Even Ben-Veniste (sp) said yesterday that he "had problems" with Clinton's grand jury testimony. The other lawyer on his panel (Hamilton ?) agreed that he also "had problems" with that testimony.

They both argued that perjury in this case did not rise to an impeachable offense. Neither argued, wisely IMO, that no perjury was committed. I respectfully disagree with their position but find the "There was no perjury" argument ludicrous.
