I believe you have just perfectly described "insider trading" which is illegal and so, no, I would not do that and, if you did, you could wind up in big trouble. Furthermore, it is their moral obligation at this point to go public on these things and help shore up the value. It's that simple. Why are you "making excuses" for them? If they do not come through like they are supposed to for the "patient" shareholders, then they deserve Nothing but contempt. IF they have signed contracts, they should not be fiddling around trying to time the news release....the last time someone fiddled around like that, Rome burned to the ground.

The volume today and other days has not warranted your theory of DGIV maybe buying back shares.
