OT rdwng, you are half right. On the issue of the strength of tax evasion you are wrong. The evidence was absolutely overwhelming concerning back dating of documents. You are correct that some (I can't recall the exact number) Democrats voted to include that as an article. Robert Drinan has left us an excellent record of the deliberations, and as one of the principal members of that Committee, I think his credentials are impeccable. He also wrote an op-ed piece for the New York Times about a month ago reviewing those deliberations. TTFN, CTC
