Some people you do not want as customers no matter how much money they offer you.

If you approached the company in the same obnoxious manner you approach the thread, I am not surprised you have not heard from them.

Suggest you carry a pooper scooper around in your beak to clean up after yourself.

Hey Bald One I signed up for a music card on 10/26/98 and 2 CD's and had never received them. I figured I would wait awhile and see what happened, finally today I sent a feedback email and within 3-4 hours Amy sent me an email back saying she would look into it and fix it. I was impressed with her fast response, not emailing sooner was my own fault, I wanted to see if it would finally correct itself.
