NAVR is not XMCM, unfortunately.

I would agree with you if I had faith that NAVR can IPO NetRadio imminently. I don't believe that based on the following recent events:

1. Nov. 25 - NAVR files prospectus to clear 180,000 shares issuable on a warrant that expires Dec. 16, 1998. Shares go out at $3.90. This was a five year warrant issued to Hamilton Investments, the dealer that worked on their 1993 offering.

2. Nov. 25 - Eric Paulson quoted on CBS.Marketwatch.com saying they are "working diligently on IPO".

2. Nov. 25 - Stock breaks through $6 for the first time in months.

3. Nov. 27 to 30 - Eric Paulson files Form 144 to sell 200,000 shares. Cheney does same for 130,000 shares. Paulson has since confirmed that he sold shares pursuant to this filing.

4. Nov. 27 to 30 - Stock goes crazy, including the market maker fiasco on Nov. 30 that sees opening trades at $27. (Can't wait to read insider trading reports to see if EP happened to be the lucky seller).

If an IPO is in the works, why all the insider selling? Can't they wait 60 days? Obviously there have been recent discussions with the dealer who did their 1993 offering (the Nov. 25, 1998 prospectus didn't appear out of thin air). Why couldn't they get the new IPO done at the same time? After all, they have been talking about it since July.

Maybe someone else has a bullish explanation for these events. I would love to hear it. I couldn't come up with one so I sold after today's interview which didn't provide any positive spin.

Everyone has to make their own judgment call in the end. That's what makes a market!
