Norms,

Make sure you get her personally on the phone. We definitely don't want that going on. The supplier must be straightened out.

Order numbers

I contacted Amy Grashel regarding the order numbers we receive when we order CD's. Here is her reply to me which I received the after I sent my question.

Jeff
-------------------------------------------------

“I know that I have addressed this issue with other investors
before but apparently the word did not get to the thread. There is no
correspondence between the order number and the total number of orders
received by our website and/or call center. The number assigned to your order, combined with your account number, is a method for us to trackorders through the system.

As far as the total number of orders or sales figures are
concerned, you are probably aware that such discussion on my part could be considered "insider information." I am afraid that you will have to wait until the figures become a matter of public record on our quarterly report. I am trying to be as helpful as possible but I don't want to get either of us in trouble. I know it probably doesn't clear up much for you but you may want to call 800-895-4410 and speak with investor relations.

Sincerely,
Amy Grashel
