Here's what's in the media since early Nov with Asensio's name in it:
Nothing published indicates he's in jail. The latest concerns Solv-ex which came out of bankruptcy and is suing Deutsch bank, Asensio and some others. Apparently the SEC objected to the judge allowing Solv-Ex to emerge as they seem to side with Asensio and the short's that mgmt mislead public and shareholder's. BTW look at No 2 on the list dated Dec 8th where Asensio and company release a report indicating CFS is psychosomatic.
