There is a very complex cloud hanging over the perjury law. Why do you think that the greatest minds in this country are debated whether or not Clinton committed perjury?

As the WSJ article I posted this morning pointed out, the Federal perjury law is flawed. Clinton's apologists are skillfully exploiting this flaw. They may keep him out of jail because of it.

Fortunately for justice, impeachment is a political not a legal process. Congress has the freedom to judge Clinton's actions against the intent of the law and not the letter of it.
