Mike, If Paul could think, he wouldn't be Paul. <G> I can see where you can spin this story to say that Intel is running full out and can't keep suppliers happy. However, the poor suppliers are going to get all the parts they want after the first of the year when the glut becomes obvious even to the dim bulbs at Intel.
