Why would you be worried about private buy backs? Any way they can get them is OK with me. But I don't believe they are under any requirement to report such a transaction immediately since they have buy back authority. It will likely just show up in the totals at the CC. But I tell you, CREAF's enthusiasm for purchasing it's stock on the open market is truly under-whelming. What an anticlimax. I really thought they would be a bit more energetic. They sure played me for a fool. Reality bites. Dennis
