If CIST's management would have taken IMNX stock instead of cash>>> Cistron could have closed house today and paid Cistron shareholders a $7 a share dividend.

Cistron shareholders would have made a 28 bagger...

Cistron's managers will vote for the "3 more years" plan very quickly.

Maybe by then Cistron will have 5 investment bankers to "enhance" shareholder value...
