BC directed the military to bomb the aspirin factory of an innocent region in a foriegn land to wag the Lewinski dog. Injustice?

Over 5000 innocent children under the age of five die each month in Iraq because BC doesn't know what to do about the policy of economic sanctions against Iraq. These sanctions cause the starvation and death by minor treatable disease of villagers (nonsupporters of the Saddam Hussein military regime) . Originally, President Bush established this policy to put the squeeze on Saddam. It didn't work but now if the sanctions were lifted the US has no plan that supports the inspections inside Iraq. The target is innocent villagers. No effect on Saddam.
