It was not BETT, it was Brigoons (clothing I think) or something like that. BETT took over the shell and changed the name and business. It had nothing to do with present company.

Sorry but, I do not recall any IPO regards BETT. Nothing surprises me with BB's thou. Note, this is a different business plan with a different CEO. I do remember the present CEO purchased a dead shell and has turned it into BETT. There is positive progress being made with BETT. The business plan may be about 3 months behind the original pitch I was provided back in FEB 98, but, the plan so far is being played as I was told when I bought-in and have no reason thus far to jump ship. Just a bit more on the IPO for those that are new. This can be found in the 10QSB filed 5/31/97: Filed as Betting, Inc. Formerly Leggoons, Inc. IPO'd 11/18/98 at 3.125 6/12/96 assets were transfered to "Assignment for benefit of creditors" (bust)and maintained its status as shell corp. 2/18/97 license went to HPCS (us) 3/1/97 Thomas Hughes took over. Filed for name change from Leggoons to Betting, inc. So basically the individual posting on the other board is bashing, using old history to make it look bad!
